Khaled Abu Salah's videos on youtube are ... interesting.
Here he is pretending to be a rescue worker, despite his immaculate hands and the decomposed state of the kids body and dried blood. He's just walking along, with a dead girl. No indication where the body came from, or even what happened.

Here he is providing medical assistance (yelling at injured kids). The video claims that the kids were cut, but the damage looks like high powered sniper rifles of some kind.

Which is all pretty impressive, and I do admire his energy, because he was injured and on a drip only last week

Couldn't make this shit up. Its warfare done 21st Century Style, with flip-cams and mobile networks. Maybe its all revenge for Aleppo?

I reckon they won't admit it was a rifle because the only people using rifles that could do that are the terrorists.
I've heard it been claimed, on the news, by people in the city that the Army has placed snipers all over the place and is shooting indiscriminately. They've also deployed tanks and are firing mortars at random houses.
It's all very similar to the blood sport you hear about that happened during the Lebanese civil war.
There is also a "free army" that is made up of lightly armed deserters. They mainly engage in guerrilla tactics.
They're all communicating with satellite phones and satellite internet, which is a lot cheaper and portable that i thought. It's pretty clear that the devices have been smuggled in with Saudi funding.
I think the videos of the khalid guy is fake propoganda material (I think you were hinting at that).
It's all very interesting, considering Syria's central location.
