Torrent Software

I usually run downloads through Filesharing sites like Megaupload, etc. But I thought I'd start this thread on Torrent Software.

What software do you guys use to Torrent with, and where do you get your Torrents from?

Personally, I'm using μtorrent at the moment, downloading Mass Effect 2 from Demonoid.

    I also use uTorrent. I get my torrents from either http://www.torrentz.com or http://www.isohunt.com



    I can't be fucked joining those sharing networks where you have to keep your seed ratio up for better ranks etc. It's a fucking waste of time.

    Its funny because I joined Demonoid about 4 years ago, and haven't actually shared shit all. They seem to automatically bump my ratio up, because according to Demonoid, I seed way more than I download.

    DEMONOID IS RIGGED :D

    Utorrent for torrents.
    Jdownloaders for rapid etc

    Demonoid for Torrents btw.

    You do realize that's the only way Torrenting actually works though, right? I mean if I uploaded a torrent and seeded it until the first person downloaded it and then everyone vanished and that person vanished it would make the protocol pointless. But yeah, on public sites I give less of a shit about than private.


    I use uTorrent, of course and a seedbox.

    μTorrent with magnet links for me. I've had good luck with them.

    I am using Vuze right now, but it is slow as shit. It has this cool feature though that complies all the top torrents from a bunch of different sites.

    I tried uTorrent, didn't get that whole seed ration thing.

    So I'm good with my premium Rapid, hotfile and megaupload.

    Warez-bb, phazeddl, bayw, forumw, projectw, etc...

    I have Vuze and it usually runs fast for me.
    Piratebay/btjunkie to find torrents.

    uTorrent, use Thepiratebay usually. Bitgamer for some games and occasionally some other private trackers.

    i use mainly bittorrent i tried utorrent but i didn't like it as much and for sites i mainly use demonid for things or if I'm looking for something not on there I'll use thepiratebay

    BTW if you want an invite to PreToMe it has insane speeds/pre-times for all things no older than a year or so. Great request section for older shit. Definitely beats the shitty speeds on public sites especially for new releases.

    uTorrent ftw. I've tried BitTorrent and Vuze and I didn't really like either of them. I usually use demonoid or torrentz.com

    I really miss mininova :(
