They're all S5, hardcore prescription anti-psychotic and mood stabilising drugs, with some prescription sleeping pills in the mix. I know people say attempting suicide by ODing probably won't succeed and you'll merely get very sick, get taken to hospital and be in a lot of pain.
But I'm talking about taking it to the next level. I'm talking about downing the entire contents of that picture.

Ah. In all seriousness, I reckon you'd probably get totally fucked up - in mind and body.
EDIT: As for the effects, depending on what sort of drugs they are (Probably sedatives and painkillers), they'd probably combine to depress your CNS, your breathing and heartbeat would slow then you lose consciousness. Then you either choke on vomit or keep going until your heart and/or breathing stops.
