Aight I haven't tried this with reddit but on digg when I added my blog I only had one dugg so I favorite the digg page with my blog and signed out. Then I clicked create an account and used some random email I don't own and a password and dugg my page and a comment however I couldn't comment since it wasn't verified only digg. I didn't use a proxy but I'm sure tor would be good enough. Worth a shot for reddit. I don't know if others know about this yet but they probably do.
