I'm talking like a song that you heard that you instantly fell in love with and maybe that got you really into a band.
I'd have to say the song "Nutshell" by Alice in Chains was the biggest one for me.
The minute I heard this song I was in love with it. The lyrics just hit me and Layne puts a lot of emotion into it. Plus after I heard this song, I fell in love with Alice In Chains. Heard the song over a million times and I still love it.

I find personal meaning in almost all the stuff I frequently listen to anyway, it is hard to single anything out.

I was drinking with a close friend of mine one night and he kept trying to remember this song, he kept naming song after song that ended up not being it, and eventually he got it just yelled out "OUT ON THE WEEKEND, THAT'S IT MAN PUT IT ON!!!!!!!" so we turned the volume to 11 and played this song on repeat.
Then the next time I saw him I was at his funeral a couple weeks later. They played this song, it was awesome (as awesome as a song at a funeral can get). No other song really touches me like this one does.
Sorry to be gaying this shit up, I'm done.
