If you have no tolerance I'd start with 2mg man. You can always do more but you can't undo what you have already ingested. Make sure you don't take any benzos with it....yet.

Honestly, if you want to get the most out of it, you should put that shit in warm water, put it in a turkey baster and put it in your ass.
Either way, 4mg in a relatively light individual with no tolerance should produce a fairly enjoyable experience.
