How to monitor your bandwidth use

edited July 2011 in Tech & Games
I recently downloaded a program called Networx, which is a powerful yet lightweight and even PORTABLE bandwidth monitor. With it, you can monitor how much you're downloading/uploading, monitor your internet speeds and even display everything in a cool looking graph or chart.

I've just started using it, so I haven't yet built up many statistics but it's already looking really great, so I recommend it to you :D

Is this program specifically just for Macs only? Looks good, although you need to buy it for 29 dollars or something :(

Will this program be able to monitor all bandwidth usage on my network? or just my PC? My roomies and I have been downloading a lot of torrents lately and I want to make sure we aren't going overboard.
