What type of Articles are wanted

I am wondering what information is and isn't wanted in for the Totse articles/how-to/guides/text-files.

Also what's considered too generic or too basic, after all we're not eHow or wikiHow.

Dfg would probably write one of those. He already wrote a guide on sexually exploiting children, and recently posted something about him touching a cat in an alleyway.
