Anyone out there looking for a new internet service provider in the US might reconsider AT&T.
Currently they're looking to place data caps, similar to the ones that Canadian ISPs and Comcast have, on their DSL and U-Verse services.

Along with that bit of money gouging they're stating that they'll be cracking down on people using third part software to tether their smart phones.
