Zinc, and free weight workouts, when I was working out a lot and taking Tribulus, zinc, and a couple of other supplements, I had the staff of kings, I could hang a wet towell on it for 20 minutes(yep, I actually did this), break bricks, etc. Too bad I didn't have a GF at the time, would have turned her inside out! Bitches!
