Looking for wordpress masters

Im looking for some people to help me turn the site from HTML to wordpress based articles. I need help integrating the old articles/ sidebar system. More help may be needed later on. Im working on the theme, but haven't used wordpress before.

    I used to do some stuff in wordpress.
    I can help in the CMS stuff but I only know a little in php.

    I've used wordpress before and would be willing to help. Making it a group effort will definitely slice some time off the task.

    Ok, I need help making the theme though, I have the main part but need help making the right side with hottopics and of course, ad space.
