Remerge BI Guides with Bad Ideas

I was looking through BI Guides for threads to transfer to the CMS earlier and then noticed something. Discussion in BI Guides has grinded to a halt. It's pretty obvious that no one (lurkers or users) notices the subforum. The quality of the parent forum, Bad Ideas, has declined as well, probably because all of the good stuff is less accessible/noticeable. I originally thought it would be good for organization but this isn't the case. Can we do something about this?

Yes, it was katz's idea. I guess what I meant was I originally supported the idea.
