Is Anxit-1 alprazolam safe?

Are these pills safe? They are blue, round pills with a line to break in half on one side and don't have any writing on them for an I.D. but they did come out of a blister pack that says what they are. It says they are made in India, what are the laws on drug standards there? Thanks!

    1mg made my rather experienced-in-the-field-of-drugs mate absolutely fucked. Pretty fast come up and he reccommended not to navigate stairs or trying to pick things up off the floor.
