Pittsburgh man asks officer to return his marijuana (VIDEO). Miles Bennet says the bag of marijuana police officer
Dwayne Ausbrooks has found outside a Pittsburgh convenience store Monday was his.

Bennett would ask for his weed back, according to WPXI:

"Nah, nah, nah that's not even cool you can say what you want but, I'm going to tell you. I thought you were
going to be cool though."

    As it said, he didn't get arrested because he wasn't seen holding the weed. I suppose if the officer said "Sure, pick it up!" he could probably bust him for possession.
