I think it's time I go and get myself checked, I was just doing cardio and my bloated stomach kept making it a bitch, this isn't an isolated incident, it directly affects my lifestyle. I have narrowed down the causes in this case.
A) Seating for long hours.
Not having a regular routine
C) Not moving much
D) Not control diet
I actually tried different method, removing fiber and basically helped remove bloating and made me leaner but that can't be the only cure. I am thinking of visiting the dentist and then going to a doctor and getting my stomach checked and then going to a skin specialist. Better get these things sorted asap.
