Cell and Molecular Biology Help

I have a couple of years of working in a cell and molecular biology lab and would be willing to try and help people troubleshoot any projects they are working on or specific techniques (molecular cloning, western blot, etc.).

Have you done any western/northern blots? I'll be having to do some and I don't know any resources on how to learn them.

A great resource to use is Open Wet Ware: Western Blot ; Northern Blot

I only deal with RNA as much as I have to (I usually do a RT-PCR as soon as possible) and only have experience detecting it through PCR.
