I still believe that niggers even with a 403 are unacceptable. Keep in mind BK that the decision to treat niggers as human beings and as equals on totse could set a precedent that isn't right. I think it is centred believe it or not. It's because the image is so dark it contrast with the background. (gives the illusion of offset) It can be moved more to the left though.
