Ate a whole brick of "purple moon" cabernet soaked cheddar before bed last night as well as yerba mate (mild maoi) and just remembered a bunch of kava oil and it is now 4.30 am and I have no chance of sleep. To make a long story short I had a third person dream that seemed to last for days followed immediately by a first person dream that turned out to be the worst night terror of my life. I think I might be tripping slightly now as I write this. I ate a bunch of cat's claw yesterday. I can't foresee any more sleep tonight.

Stuff like the processed cheddar and pepper-jack at the store won't have the right chemicals in it. You need moldy cheese.
I ate multiple ounces immediately before sleeping. Hell tonight I just ate 6 ounces of Danish Fontina and now I am going to stay up for a couple more hours just to hope the aminos are out of my system by the time I'm dreaming. I consider myself a "dreamer". I dream on purpose and lucid dream whenever possible. I am currently on a cheese quest where I am eating every cheese I can get at the stores. Never since I was like 12 years old have I had nightmares/terrors lie the ones I've had with the cheese.
