Did you notice a difference in your health when you started taking vitamin C in large doses? And did you change other habbits in your life which could have contributed to improved health around the same time?
I'm interested in the whole vitamin C thing, so I'm looking for a couple people who are doing this and their responses, 'cause I don't trust the propaganda endorsements on pro-vitamin-C sites.
Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables and you should not see a reason to take extra. However, there have been many noted benefits of doing so, particularly during hard training regimes.

But if you drink too much orange juice you get the shits dont you?
It's never happened to me. =/ So idk.
I usually try to not drink tons all at once, though. Just like a glass a day. Juice has lots of sugar and calories so I don't wanna drink too much.
