If I were to ask you to have sex with me, and the only answers were "YES" and "NO", would your answer be the same thing as your answer to this question? (YES/NO)

Anything other than YES/NO means NO. No response means YES.

    If you say yes, your answer would have been yes for sex. Since the answer to the question of whether or not the two responses are the same is yes, it means you said yes to having sex.

    If you say no for the question of whether or not the two responses were the same, that means you said yes to having sex but no the two responses were different.
