Wtf is that shit to the left? It looks like the type symbols from that TCG by Wizards. I'm surprised these shits haven't been sued for copyright infringement by Wizards and Nintendo

As far as I can tell you can't actually do anything. You start in this forest and follow Pikachu to Vermillion City and there's a shop and a door with Nurse Joy's head on it, but no one to fight. It's not online, I would suspect some sort of virus but nothing came up on my scans so I really have no idea. It's only a 5mb file so I doubt there's much more to the game. There was no road leading out of the city...
