Social Idioms

I do this a lot: someone will almost bump into me and will say "I'm sorry" or "My bad" or "Excuse me" all of which makes sense then I reply something like "You're cool/fine/good" which doesn't make any sense. They of course know what I mean but I think its kin od weird. We all have idioms. What are yours?

I usually say sorry on instinct, even if its not my fault. I dunno why. Other than that, I'll say...
