This, exactly. And when there are left and right elements in a party, and they compromise, that party is a middle party. The only thing every Nazi agreed on was a strong Germany. That is why they are a centrist nationalist party.

You actually brought up a good point. His biggest flaw was being unwilling to compromise. A lot of this had to do with his meth addiction. Hitler's problem was he had great idea's but as Albert Speer talked about in his book "Inside the third Reich" he was horrible at implementing them. He had huge goals but lacked the expertise to micro manage a government and shut out those who could. Albert Speers book is perhaps the best critical view of Hitler Ive ever read.
