Hotlines?

Have you guys ever heard of Hotlines? i just found out about this way of snorting drugs today. Apparently its when you heat up a rail or line of a snortable drug on a piece of glass and snort it when it starts to smoke. im curious about it. Has any of you heard of it or done it themselves? i heard its a great buzz.

I heard if you heat up a needle full of dope right before you inject into your jugular you get really high.

I've only heard of it being done with meth but it probably works for some other drugs as well. Supposedly it gets you high as shit.
