SWIM checks Erowid for matters like this but he couldn't find anything in the amp section on the site. SWIM wants to know whats considered a mild dose, high dose, overdose etc.

    What are you taking, amphetamine salts? I don't like extended release as much as the regular pills to get shit done and focus personally, the XR's just crack me out.
