    The other thing is I stupidly didn't realize how loud an Obrez would be compared to a normal Mosin Nagant:facepalm:

    There's a guy on youtube making numerous 1km shots with his Nagant.

    Also, I hear that using properly hand loaded rounds can really work wonders with these things.
