Change the Hot Topics?

Can we change the Hot Topics so that: instead of it being the most recent thread made, it is the most recent thread posted in?
I think it makes it better for discussion and people's new threads will be up there as well.
You can also easily navigate between conversations.

Already suggested but it requires a custom PHP HT. Currently only Zoklet has that and VB4 has it included. I have been working on VB4 theming so we might see it in future.
