It could be a troll or just another way to milk totse but I cannot allows a chinese company to use totse for selling their stupid products.

Also, I bet it's bullshit. The wording seemed a bit off in certain places, and I can't help but think that any Chinese government organization would have at least a couple people who were really fluent in English.
