What's up with that movie "There Will Be Blood"?

Where did they get the title from? Did they steal that from Saw. I swear I heard Jigsaw say "Oh yes, there will be blood" in a trailer for like, Saw 2 or something, before There Will Be Blood was released. Did nobody else notice this?! I need answers because obviously they didn't plagiarize that quote since nobody else is bitching about it.
