Uh I thought Zok was just admin of his server which is linked to Slashnet (zoklet.slashnet.org). Unless because of this Slashnet made him an IRCop or Global Admin for that contribution, that would suck.
The reason I said AnonNet is due to the fact that they allow you to do literally anything and have some of the best hosting out there.

I'm looking into that right now. The host I was trying with didn't allow enough script work, and made you run most things through a sysop, so anonnet may be the one.
So are we changing to irc.anonnet.org #totse or not?
We need to change regardless, because we can't let someone who isn't even a member control the IRC. I'm idle in the new Totse IRC room right now, and now I'm just waiting for people to join.
