Does this work? I'm assuming that because not everybody is doing it that it doesn't.

    I think you get charged for that. I they do charge it in Pakistan I think. Maybe we can give it a try.

    EDIT: What if I do get charged for it.

    Would it work, If
    A) I wrote the destination address of someone I want to fuck with.
    B) the sender addres is some fake address.
    C) And the mail reaches him, and he gets charged for it.

    Would that work?

    They might discard it considering the location. A letter from Cali to NY and the letter has a NY address yet was found in a Cali mailbox. lulz

    That would be funny but I think it could work for local addresses.

    That looks interesting, and I might actually give it a shot when I can be bothered. Locally, this has a LOT better chances of working than doing it long distance. Then again, who'd want to send a letter locally anyway?

    In Britain the cost of postage would have to be paid at the point of collection; it would not be delivered to the return address free of charge.
