Text to Speech

I'm specifically looking for the text to speech voice emulator that is used by the National Weather Service and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.

This is the best TtS software I've ever heard.

I've tried to find it everywhere, but I just can't seem to locate it.

This is the first time I am hearing about it. Try Dragon Speaking (Check in T&T, I think I created a thread for it). I will look for the software in the mean time.

Most of those systems aren't even available to consumers and are sold directly to corporations. Dragon Naturally Speaking is about the best Text to Speech voice system that is available and piratable for consumers. You wont find anything better no matter how hard you look or try unless you have a couple grand on hand to spend on an automated voice system.
