It's a Dream But Feels Real

So, just few minutes ago, I was busy jerking off. I had the urge to jerk off when I noticed that I am writing weird sexual references or I am just getting horny every second, trust me it gets old after playing with your semi dick while chatting to Totsean and it's gay. So, here I was watching some porn and fapping away. All seemed fine and then I came. It was as expected pretty good, the relief washed over me and I felt light again and then, I was lost. Lost in a forest where I was running on a dark path alongside another path which track marks. I had this amazing sensation of travelling to some place. I mean it felt like I was running or moving and then I saw a branch and I tried to duck my head under it and BAM! it hit me. My whole body jerked and I was like wtf. It seems that when I came the relief took over me and I was in that phase when you're out of energy and your whole body just goes limb for a minute and during that phase I ventured into another state and while holding my dick, I hit a branch which affected my real body and my head actually felt like it hurt.

I recovered from this trauma only to go into another one, my eyes got a bit heavy and I think I was in the state of being awake and still being dead and then I heard the crunching noise. I mean it's like some glass is trying to break apart but the actually effects are being mirrored on my skull. It's like someone is trying to open my skull by cracking the outer shell. If this was a dream I wouldn't be feeling any pain but I felt every thing, from the smallest of the cracks to the biggest ripple. And the was awake but the crunching noise kept there as a reminder. And I thought I was in real danger, so I just concentrated in creating a protective shield around my head and forcing energy through it as to repel the attack and it worked.

This could be due some stress or other issues but I doubt it. I am pretty sensitive to dreams or supernatural changes. In a bad dream I might actually hurt myself because I move in my dreams and my body reacts. Like if fall down from some stairs or drop in some hole in my dream, I would feel the same sensation when I wake up. The branch hitting my head and throwing my back was real since my whole body reacted to it.

And this is pretty common when I am laying down or just being idle. I would get a sudden jerk out of nowhere. I am sure I am pretty clean and okay but I am kinda of worried about it. The crunching affect wasn't nice and usually these kind of symptoms point towards some brain damage issues.

Any thoughts?
