Could this work to my advantage? It's just a skateboarding without helmet ticket so it's pretty much bullshit, but I'm just a little curious if there's some legal loop-hole here.

No. The judicial system won't believe any technicality like this. Your name is already on the docket, and it's the officer's word against yours. Plus, if you even get that far in your argument, they can look on the sheriff office's payroll and see that you aren't employed there. Just go to court. You'll most likely get it dismissed anyway.
