    The thing that caught my intrest is when it goes behind the building in the background. Some people say its a bug.

    From that distance, with it going behind the building, if it's a bug then it's a bloody big bug.

    I don't buy the explanation that it's time lapse of a blimp passing by. The motion of the railings in the foreground is too smooth.
