i need all the info on muskegon michigan eviction laws me and my wife have been living with her grandfather for almost a year her grandfather said he put us on his lease but he was lying the landlord has known we have been living here he came over with a dumpster today for all of her grandfathers scrap crap that he wants out of the house and wants us to clean everything and then told us we have 2 weeks to move or it will get ugly but her grandfather can stay
i have a job waiting for me in detroit when i get there but i need to get asmuch time as i can get out of living here to save money to be able to move down there and 2 weeks is not enough i believe it is illegle for him to try and kick us out in 2 weeks
the only job i have is odds and ends lawnwork cleaning ect which isonly like 1 day a week other then that we live off goverment money for the time being and dont even get a lot of that oh and plus my wife is almost 8 months pregnant

2 weve been here almost a year and can prove we have been
3 there actual isent a lease any more her grandfathers lease ended in august it was a year lease and they havent made up another lease yet
he also gave us the number to call to get a copy of some guide dealing with this stuff
