I remember watching this when I was younger and I was like WTF. It was a comedy show and then a kid toucher comes out of no where. I was in shock.
Now that I think about it I dont know what is more odd.. the kid toucher or a 20 year old man pretending to be 12.
God this shit was creepy.

    I cant believe they broadcasted this!! Its pedo-based from beginning to end, its creepy.

    The video is an edit just containing the pedo. The episode was bout a pedo that took advantage of Arnold. It stirred the shit pot back in the day.
