China's role in WWII is overlooked in the west largely due to Cold War politics.

They didn't tell us about the 3.5 Million chinese soldiers that died when we were learning about it in high school.

TBO, i always had a vague notion they were neutral until recently...

There was lots of things overlooked & left out of WW2 history. In fact there were lots of things left out of war period.

• There were a few nationalities of the SS including a jewish division.
• The russians killed more jews and gypsies than hitler did yet hitler was the bad guy.
• Other countries had the opportunity to take in jewish refugees from europe before the genocide yet many countries declined which makes them just as accountable as the germans
• etc,etc,etc.
