How to Unhook a Bra with One Hand
Do you ever wish you could pop bras off like Fonzy? Well you can learn to be pretty good at it if you try. It's a very useful skill to have because it makes you seem cool not having to fumble around with her strap, it keeps the pace of foreplay steady, and it doesn't ruin the mood by turning a sexy moment into a ridiculous, pathetic or comical one.
There are two main types of bras, and I'm going to cover them both. They either have the hooks in the front or the back, with the most common design being in the back. I'm going to cover that one first.
A word of warning: If the bra has a plastic hook design, you're going to have to use two hands. Don't bother trying to undo it with one hand.
Back-hooking bras:
This kind typically has 2 hooks that will fit into one of various positions. In this picture we see 3 possible places for the 2 hooks to go. It doesn't matter where they are. If you're using your right hand, put your thumb on the left side (where the sets of hooks are) and your middle or middle and ring fingers on the right side, where the strap is smooth. While using a decent amount of force, push the part your thumb is holding past the part your middle finger is holding. What you're doing is pushing with your thumb while pulling with your middle or middle and ring fingers. The bra should be undone in one swift motion.

Bras with front-hook designs:
This type of bra has a weird plastic hook design. Don't bother trying to one-hand it.
This one has hooks. Notice that you'll need to use your left hand for this one. Put your thumb on the right side and then either 3 or 4 fingers on the left, and use the same motion I described before. Pull your 4 fingers toward yourself as if you were making a fist while pushing your thumb out. This motion should undo the bra instantly. If you can't get all the hooks on the first try, do it again. You should be able to half unhook and then completely unhook the bra on your second try. Even if you need 2 tries, you still undid it quickly and with one hand.

That sucks. To avoid this problem just gift her some bra's that are easy to open
I was thinking about doing that, but it was a temporary thing, I knew she was moving away after a couple of months so I didnt really put a lot of energy or money into the relationship.
