I did a small search, and did not find a DXM thread.
I found this to be egregious.
So unless there is another DXM thread that I am too much of an ass to find, this will be:

Dextromethorphan is an over the counter, Anesthetic Disassociative. It comes three available formulas:
Dextromethorphan hybromide - The most common
Dextromethorphan polysterix - Found only Delsym
Dextromethorphan freebase - found in Theraflu.
They DXM scale of abuse goes roughly as such, and varies depending on body size and tolerance.
0-150 mg's - First plateau.
150 - 400 - second plateau.
400-750 - Third
and anything above that will land you in fourth plateau or beyond which is referred to as Sigma.
First and second plateaus are the two stages of inebriation that allow social interactions.
Third and Fourth are more shamanistic hallucinogenic states of being and motor functions and speech are severely limited.
Some classic DXM only products are: (and in order of strength)
Zicam Nite - 540 Mg's
Zicam Max - 395 Mg's
Zicam standard - 300 Mg's
Robitussin Maximum strength - 365 Mg's
Delsym - (I forget how many polisterix Mg's)
and one of my favorites,
Theraflu thin strips.
Remember kids,
NEVER eat medicine that contains any active ingredients other than DXM hbr, DXM polisterix or DXM.
And also, NEVER eat Triple CCC's
Take it from me... Three years clean of DXM.
