Ritalin analouges

So I got a fat box of Ritalin. I used to use Dexedrine, but they don't like prescribing it in this country.

Anyways Ritalin has got some side effects. I didn't get so many on Dexedrine. My primary side effect, is shortness of breath/manual breathing. Which Adderall also causes.
So my theory is that these side effects are caused by the Levo-methylphendidate effect on the peripheral nervous system.

Now I'd ask for Focalin (dex-methylphendidate), but they don't have it in this country. So I'm here to consult the chemists. Can the dextro easily be separated?

Ethanol and ritalin. Often produced in one's liver when consuming the two together. It says something about "eudysmic ratio", which I'm thinking may cause stronger CNS effects compared to PNS.

Theoretically, could I produce this by crushing a ritalin and mixing in with a teaspoon of 40% alcohol? I'd need it converted without consuming massive amounts of alcohol, as I don't want to get drunk.

There's a few more methylphendidate analouges. Can anyone with some chemistry experience clarify them, and tell if they're easy to convert?
