  I got fucking ill as shit off some molasses moonshine many years ago, and when I woke up my right eye was totally bloodshot, the whole white area (sclera, I think it's called) was blood red. I went to the doctor and he told me it was just a burst blood vessel. Looked freaky as hell tho'. I agree with the other posters, don't sweat it.
