Not ABS, Abs. So, from what I know to get some decent abs you will have to control your diet and do Ab exercises. If you're a bit slim or have lower percentage of stomach fat you have a chance of getting Abs faster. In my case my stomach is almost flat and I have very little fat to burn. Whatever fat I had, has been burned off during my current routine.
However, doing Abs is a bit difficult. I mean difficult in a sense that I don't know what the outcome would be. Ever heard of fucked up Abs, well if you're not careful you just might get one of those.
So, Totse. Even though I can easily Google this and read tons of guides [which I will do anyway] I want to know if any one tried getting Abs before. Tips, tricks and suggestions.

From what I remember, you can't really get screwed up abs. Everyone has abs hidden behind a layer of fat. Just do obliques exercises and they should stick out more or "re-align."
