Just lately I've been feeling totally spaced out, not "with it" at all. It's kind of annoying, and it's also messing with my life a little too (failed my driving test because I was really not with it).

It doesn't seem to be quite as extreme as this, although it's a frequent occurance. Does anyone else have any experience with this sort of thing, or have any idea of how I could overcome it?
I was thinking about doing some psychological things to trick myself into thinking straight, such as improving my diet so I'd feel more healthy and more on the ball. Might give these a shot, but I thought I'd ask Totse first
