Haha! I love that scene. They are asking what crimes they have to qualify "Rape, arson, murder, and rape" "Wait, you said rape twice" "I like rape" Hahahahahahaa
That is fine, I'm just saying what WILL happen in the case that it legitimately was a mistake. The money WILL be debited from your account. That is a fact. From there I don't know what recourse you have, if any...but it isn't the bank that you'll be dealing with in that case.
I don't know if the bank would be willing to give you any fee's back that you may get. Different places do things different. My bank would tell you that since your former employer made the mistake that they would have to cover your fee's. Good luck with that in most cases. The best thing to do would, of course, be to do…
I work at a bank. The response you will get it "you knew it wasn't your money" which is true. Much like when someone does fraud on your debit card or credit card, you claim it as fraud and get it back.
If you pull it out and use it then when they realize they will just debit that amount from your account. You'll have to take that up with the old work and if it went to court you would end up losing I do believe.
No joke they charge high prices to make money. What a novel concept. Invent a product people want and place a price on it so you can make money. Why didn't I think of that!!! I'm sure people stealing it has nothing to do with price what so ever.
WalMart has a similar thing to chexsystems. Telecheck. That really sucks when you get put on it. Plus, WalMart converts their checks now. The odds of you making this work with WalMart aren't very good.
Lots of places offer second chance accounts if you have chexsystems records....with restrictions. Minimum balances, fees, harsher limits on debit cards, etc...
DirtySanchez is right. All that will happen to you is your account will be closed for account abuse. Your info will be put into a system that other banks check and you will, basically, be blackballed from opening checking accounts.
This isn't so true. People do it all the time and banks just monitor their accounts and/or close their accounts. It has to be big and bad stuff to get arrested for it. My source is me...I've worked at a bank.
Same for medium and well. I think, if you are with others, they cook yours to your desired temp but it sits in a window with a light on it waiting on your party's meals to get done thus cooking a bit more.
No doubt about it...the system is jacked up. $$$ equals power and when those guys can control the goods that affect everything in respect to $$$ then they have tooooooooons of power.
I'm not going to argue that he is paid more than what he is worth. There are thousands of people who could do that job for much less and just as good if not better. Thing is he has a good (himself/prior reputation). Just like gas prices right now. You can't convince me it is a supply and demand issue. Can't convince me it…
Had the same thing around a month ago. Mine just went away withing a couple days. I just had to make sure to turn my whole body when looking the other way and things like that. No sudden movements or anything. I went to sleep laying on my back every night and tried to make sure to get a good nights sleep. Good luck cause…
Because someone will pay it. Do we "deserve" anything for what we do? And if you answer yes then who "deserves" the privilege to set the pay scale for those tasks?
In a way I can go with that. I don't know if I'd brag about basically having to buy the 24 year olds, but he has them either way. I'm not jealous about his coming doom...his body simply can't keep up with the freefall he has it in.
They royalty in england right now is pointless and england is silly for supporting them. They are nothing more than a figurehead in the country. Just a symbol...no power at all.
I agree with everything except for the over paid part. Market decides that stuff. If they can get the $$$ then they should. I wouldn't turn down millions to do my job.
